To this end, the NDDC has revitalised educational initiatives, expanded scholarship programmes both locally and abroad, and pushed digital literacy efforts such as distributing education tablets to students. He has also shifted youth programmes toward sustainable skill-building, such as multi-month training courses in areas like fashion design, technology, and entrepreneurship — moving away from short-term “starter pack” models toward genuine livelihood development.
